Fairfax Multi-Room Remodel

This project encompassed a kitchen, powder room and laundry room. Each of the three areas incorporate the same tile flooring that our clients loved when they remodeled their home over 20 years ago. In this update, we slightly changed the footprint of the kitchen by incorporating an island, updated the powder room as well as incorporated more built-in cabinetry for the laundry room. The kitchen cabinetry is Alder wood while the other two rooms are Rift Sawn White Oak from Bremtown cabinetry. Each room has a little special something: the kitchen with the statement legs on the island plus the tile backsplash to complement their tile flooring, the powder room with wallpaper, bead board paneling and furniture legs on the vanity and the laundry room with a custom appliance garage that has a mesh face to provide contrast amongst the cabinetry. They purchased a hideaway ironing board which we installed during the remodel. The icing on the top are the new gimbal lights at their existing fireplace to highlight special items on their mantel.
