This remodel only happened because of a leaky tub and the manufacturer no longer providing service parts. Our client used the tub for drying clothes and the occasional deep clean of the bathroom. In the new design, we eliminated the tub to enlarge the shower, added a place to sit down with additional storage, and added a second custom vanity within the water closet. Our client was concerned with cleaning so we installed a shower pan, cultured marble sinktops and a shower bench without an overhang.
