Fairfax Rustic Basement

Warm, cozy and perfect for guests to escape. This basement really embodies hospitality for guests, family members or loved ones who plan to visit. The original basement bathroom was relocated to the bottom level of a new addition and the original basement bathroom was converted into a hallway to connect the existing basement to the new bedroom and bathroom. We installed new Luxury Vinyl Plank floors (LVP) throughout the entire basement and new addition; plus, we added a bar in since this family loves to watch movies. We kept it simple with a microwave for popcorn.
